Join us for our Females-Only Strength & Conditioning Class, designed to help you improve muscle tone, core stability, and overall strength in a supportive environment.

Mondays | 6:00 - 6:30 PM 

Wednesdays | 6:45 - 7:15 PM
£4 per session | PAYG
Foot Fusion School of Dance

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Mini band exercises
Bodyweight training
Circuit-style workouts

All classes are PAY AS YOU GO! No commitment – just turn up and have fun!
